The #BigBlueScissors stopped by Taqueria El Vaquero for lunch and can't decide what was tastier, the ribbon or the delicious Mexican food! 🤩😂✂️ Taqueria El Vaquero is a departure from the typical Tex-Mex restaurants, as the owners have decided to focus on offering street tacos and authentic Barbacoa "Birria" dishes. "We are a family-owned business, and we wanted to start with something a little different than our usual offerings," said Noelia Alcazar, the owner of Taqueria El Vaquero.
