We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles and our software integration with member management platform, Upace. This collaboration will add over 25 YMCA locations and welcome more than 100,000 YMCA members and staff to ZAMA’s platform. Becoming the Official Student Athlete Wellness Platform of the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) and all of its member institutions represents a culmination of our efforts at ZAMA Health, as we now have an opportunity to assist some of the very colleges that inspired our creation. As a Massachusetts native, I grew up competing across the state at several of the MASCAC member schools. Amongst her other noteworthy accolades, my great aunt, Dr. Tillie Fantasia, notably initiated women’s varsity sports in field hockey, basketball, softball, gymnastics, and volleyball at Westfield State University. Thus, working with the MASCAC is deeply personal for me, as it allows ZAMA to contribute to the athletic departments, coaches, sports medicine staff, and administrators who have supported me over the years. We’re excited to welcome nearly 3,000 student athletes and over 500 athletics staff across 8 colleges. ZAMA will also serve as the official student athlete wellness platform for Bridgewater State University, Fitchburg State University, Framingham State University, Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Salem State University, Westfield State University, and Worcester State University.
