Let's talk staffing misconceptions. More specifically, that IT recruiters are out to steal your job. (This one is for our HR/TA friends). We caught up with our resident Marketing Specialist, Megan Rutlen, and she shared some thoughts on this topic. Some backstory: Megan partakes in customer interviews where she speaks with our end clients to figure out what works, what needs help, and where we added value. All of this is vital info when it comes to marketing Zeektek properly. Okay - back to the topic at hand. One of the common hesitations some clients face that give them pause before working with us lies within the HR and/or TA departments. Internal recruiters see the possibility of a staffing firm coming in and their initial thought is, "Well, there goes my job." Frankly, that's just not true. (At least with Zeektek). We work alongside the internal recruiter by taking some of the workload off their shoulders. (Like those highly specialized cybersecurity positions that have been open for months.) We view the internal recruiters as our partners in the hiring process. We're working together towards a common goal: making a great new hire. Bottom line, IT recruiters aren't out to steal your job. We're trying to make it easier on you.

Zero Trust Security isn't going anywhere. According to an article published by the U.S Department of Defense, John Sherman, DOD's Chief Information Officer, said implementing the framework has been an "absolute top priority."
