Her exceptional leadership and dedication have motivated the entire team. Maria's remarkable ability to juggle claims management, training, and new benefit implementation has been a beacon of inspiration. Since RTO took place on January 1 of this year, Maria has been tirelessly conducting Customer Service and Claims training courses, ensuring all new hires and newly promoted staff are well-prepared for their roles. 🌟📚 Rodolfo Radillo, who has been working on the ILWU-PMA account for 8 years, has shown extraordinary dedication by managing simultaneous challenges, including staff turnover, call center programming, and the training of new hires. His empathy and understanding toward his staff, especially as they faced concerns about returning to the office full-time, have been invaluable. Rodolfo's perseverance is a testament to his unwavering commitment to enhancing our CSRs' job satisfaction and career advancement opportunities. 💪💼 Andrea Ricafort has been with the ILWU-PMA account for five years and led the Special Projects team for three years before transitioning into the demanding role of Claims Manager.
