"Big Dwayne Energy" embodies confidence, power, resilience, and a relentless drive to succeed. I endeavor to exemplify the same attributes and to foster them for the ultimate success of every ZOA Team member. 2. What is your favorite thing about working at ZOA? My favorite thing about working at ZOA is the comradery of the ZOA Team. I truly enjoy working alongside the team of professionals that are extremely talented and dedicated to building the ZOA brand and exemplifying the very best of Big Dwyane Energy. 3. If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? To steal a line from the movie Forrest Gump, I could eat any meal with shrimp —fried, boiled, broiled, barbecued, etc. — every day. 4. What is your favorite ZOA flavor and why? Frosted Grape is my favorite flavor because it reminds me of a favorite from my youth (Grape Fanta), but I like that ZOA's grape contains nutrients that make it a much healthier option. 5. What is your biggest Big Dwayne Energy moment? My biggest Big Dwayne Energy moment occurred during a board meeting. The theme of my presentation for the meeting was “It’s all about the ZOA Team.” I stressed the importance of acknowledging that each member of the ZOA Team is critical to ZOA’s mission and success. As I was explaining the takeaway of my presentation, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson responded enthusiastically, “It’s all about the ZOA Team!” Knowing that my BDE matched Dwayne’s was extremely gratifying. #ZOAEnergy #BigDwayneEnergy #EmployeeSpotlight #ChiefPeopleOfficer

How are you bringing Big Dwayne Energy to ZOA?  I bring Big Dwayne Energy to ZOA by staying positive and bringing relentless enthusiasm. I treat every day as new, full of new opportunities. 2. What is your favorite thing about working at ZOA?  Everybody says it because it's true. The ZOA team feels like family. We all fight and strive for the common goal of market domination and refuse to accept defeat. I also value the relationships I've built and fostered with distributers, and managers at retail. 3. If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? Skirt Steak/Arrachera- So tender, so juicy, so delicious. 4. What is your favorite ZOA flavor and why?  Wild Orange is the most underrated flavor. A refreshing orange taste that's seriously delicious. Honorable mention to the best LTO 'Dwanta's Holiday Punch'. 5. What is your biggest Big Dwayne Energy moment?  Honestly, being nominated for the BDE employee spotlight. First, I truly believe that this brand is one of the best tasting energy drinks on the market. I am committed to making sure this brand is growing and is available across the country in all our leading retailers. If this product is not available, how can they experience the brand. I wake up every day energized to find ways for our retail partners to bring on ZOA Energy. BDE is a mindset that I carry across the organization to inspire others. 2. What is your favorite thing about working at ZOA? Definitely the people and the culture that has been developed here over the last 3 years. I come to work energized by the folks that surround me every day. By far, this has been the most fun and rewarding job I have had. Make no mistake, it's never easy but coming to work everyday here has been a moment in time that I will never forget. 3. If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? It would have to be pasta. Any type. I cannot imagine not having an option in a meal selection that does not have pasta. I absolutely loved my mom’s homemade pasta sauce. 4. What is your favorite ZOA flavor and why? Frosted Grape. Can’t really figure out why, as grape has never really been a favorite flavor of mine but I LOVE ZOA Frosted Grape. 5. What is your biggest Big Dwayne Energy moment? Two moments stick out for me. First would be our XFL tie in with HEB. We had the opportunity for our founders meet and greet at HEB in-store and then experienced the XFL championship game with all in San Antonio. Second would be a most recent win, bringing Albertsons Companies on board nationally. It has been a work in the making for a long time and just being able to tell our entire team of the win, brought out a Big Dwayne Energy moment that I will not forget. #ZOAEnergy #BigDwayneEnergy #EmployeeSpotlight #SalesTeam

I channel my "Big Dwayne Energy" to empower ZOA as the ultimate financial partner. As the Supply Chain Finance guru, I unlock resources and provide strategic insights to fuel growth and simplify processes. My passion lies in equipping our team to make informed decisions and achieve their goals with greater ease.   2. What is your favorite thing about working at ZOA?  At ZOA, every person’s impact is magnified. Everyone must have Big Dwayne Energy, and that is my favorite part about working at ZOA. Each person is a subject matter expert at their job. Our team is small, which makes everybody’s work that much more important and meaningful.   3. You are stuck on an island, what are the three things you bring? Hammock, tube float, and waterproof speaker   4. What is your favorite ZOA flavor and why? Wild Orange – I have a sweet spot for anything orange.   5. What is your biggest Big Dwayne Energy moment? Our biggest Big Dwayne Energy moment was when we had our company wide meeting in Nashville. It was a great time and an amazing experience to meet everybody at the company. Unrelenting passion and persistence to ensure ZOA is driving awareness, sparking consideration, and earning conversions from new and returning customers, both online and in-store.   2. What is your favorite thing about working for ZOA? Two things. The people and the product. The ZOA team is hands down the best I have had the pleasure of working with. It is a true family atmosphere and everyone is on a devout mission to get more cans in hands. And of course, our product; everything from the taste to the better-for-you ingredients. It is easy to come to work every day knowing you're selling the best better-for-you energy money can buy.    3. What is one song you could listen to every day for the rest of your life? "I've Got the World On a String" by Frank Sinatra. I'm a sucker for Ol' Blue Eyes, and no other song gets me in a better mood to conquer the day.    4. What is your favorite ZOA flavor and why? Frosted Grape.. self explanatory.. it's objectively the best. 🙂   5. What is your biggest Big Dwayne Energy moment? Several. Hard to choose. But considering my competitive nature...
