At ZogCulture (a leading provider of playful team-building events if I haven't shared already), we've been asked by companies (from 100-100,000 employees) for guidance and best practices around corporate team building events and overall culture for 10+ years. So we finally decided to do research on this.
We, ZogCulture, asked Retensa, a global leader in employee retention research, to conduct a joint innovative research study focused on the impact of employee events on employee engagement and staff retention.
The research aims to reveal meaningful drivers of employee retention, and the impact of employee events on staff turnover.
The research study is live for 3-4 weeks for individuals in employee engagement and event management roles. With targeted and actionable questions related to the future of employee engagement, employers interested in participating can click below.
