When you purchase gear from Z Systems, we provide support that sets you up for success! 👉 If your gear is having problems, call us for your first level of support, instead of trying to get a hold of the manufacturer. Our telephone support is available during normal business hours. Not available in the evenings, weekends, and on holidays. This only applies to technical issues and doesn’t apply to equipment not purchased from Z Systems. 👉 If something should happen to a camera that you purchased from us (and you need to send it in for repairs), Z Systems will provide a rental unit for half off the usual price. 👉 If the firmware needs upgrading on a camera you bought from us, just bring it in. We’re happy to do that for you! We Provide Peace of Mind. While most people might assume that purchases made from online superstores are not taxable, according to the Minnesota Department of Revenue, that’s not the case. We make sure to charge sales tax on purchases at Z Systems (the same amount required for out-of-state purchases) giving you peace-of-mind should you ever face a tax audit. Simply Put.
