Bonjour NIO ! #newjob I am happy to announce I am embracing a new challenge with NIO as Head of User Development in charge of Marketing, Communication and Community for the french market. It has been over 6 highly exciting months already and what I have experienced up till now confirms why this is was particularly meaningful move for me. NIO’s holistic approach combining innovative business models, system efficiency and continuous innovation to create a global premium brand which makes it so much more than just another car company. I will highlight three points in particular which resonate particularly well with my views on automotive: 1. Customers: a genuine user enterprise, digital native 2. Product: a brand driven by design and innovation, building stunning high performance cars (just have a look at the NIO ET5 Touring) 3. Charging: NIO pioneers a unique infrastructure and services ecosystem, including battery swap stations. I will come back on these at a later stage, but with +1800 stations, +27 million swaps already achieved and a daily run-rate of +50,000 swaps per day (yes, per day), it is a striking demonstration of how relevant it is to offer a full set of charging solutions for EV users #NIOPower One more thing.
