The North American market in comparison to other jurisdictions and can be incredibly expensive when you start talking about licensing and market access deals and the third parties that you have to contract with in order to be compliant. What we're proposing to do with the mega solution is allow your marketing spend to deliver more ROI by delivering A personalized experience directly in line with the the customer wants. This after that has recently applied for a license application in New Jersey where we're working very hard to complete that process hopefully by the end of this year and launching our own BTC operation by Q4. This could be another example of how we are successful in penetrating. Market, our intention is to show the market in New Jersey our technology to show that it can generate revenues, that it can improve the operation of existing operators and hopefully that can attract other operators in the New Jersey market. So they can use our services both our mega solution, our platform solution and our very unique technology and design which we're hopeful to bring the New Jersey market both ourselves and to other operators that we will engage with.

Soft2Bet attended SBC's CasinoBeats event in Malta and enjoyed the high level networking and fantastic debates that took place. 🎙Our founder and CEO Uri Poliavich gave a keynote on how Soft2Bet has harnessed casual gaming mechanics to enhance engagement, retention and successfully drive them into our RMG verticals. 🎙Discussing the evolution of iGaming products, our CBDO Martin Collins said that with so much game choice available to players, sometimes "there is no rhyme or reason to what works and what doesn't work", but what Soft2Bet has done is "take this choice of content and make it more personalised". 🎙Picking up on Uri's points about casual gaming, Martin said players have responded positively to the casual gaming mechanics of our MEGA gamification solution and this has translated into strong RMG growth for Soft2Bet. 🎙Our General Counsel David Yatom took part in the IMGL Masterclass panel and discussed how iGaming companies can attract investment by focusing on due diligence, legal and regulatory compliance and cultural integration to or establish exit options. Finland proposes gambling licensing system launch in January 2027 https://lnkd.in/dpeWhTwB (Finland).- Under the proposed system, state-owned operator Veikkaus would retain its monopoly over lotteries, land-based casino games and physical slot machines, as well as totalisator and pool betting. Meanwhile, private licensed operators would be permitted to offer sports betting and iGaming under a 22% GGR tax rate, while B2B licences would also be available for software suppliers.
