I thought that leadership would appear as one of your key insights, that is where the main efforts should be focused. Young workers, and not only them, are looking for leaders who are empathetic, assertive, flexible, open, friendly and even fun; who are able to lead and cultivate environments where good treatment, respect, flexibility, trust and even fun are allowed. It's really not necessary to rack your brains with so may facts. It is simpler than that, a good leader who is capable of creating pleasant work environments, drastically reduces absenteeism in their teams.
