Wow. I certainly believed to a degree, but this shows the level of organization behind Russia information warfare.
I think this sentence in the article summarises best the situation: “One document shows engineers recommending Russia add to its own capabilities by using hacking tools stolen in 2016 from the US National Security Agency and posted online.”
