Mission
Glamazon is focused on identities and orientations outside the cisgender, heterosexual default. Along with well-known Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer identities, we welcome identities that have been marginalized or are just becoming known. In no particular order, and without prejudice to those not listed, we welcome Pansexuals, Asexuals, Aromantics, Intersex people, Non-binary and Genderqueer people, advocates, parents, and people who question if or where they fall into the LGBTQIA+ spectrum.
Glamazon will become a vital resource for the LGBTQIA+ community within Amazon, as well as within the broader LGBTQIA+ communities where our chapters exist. As our company continues to grow, glamazon is growing into a global organization that connects LGBTQIA+ employees to company resources, to each other, and showcases Amazon’s LGBTQIA+ acceptance in our communities across the globe.
