“Paul-Marie is an example of what it looks like to go above and beyond. I serve as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager and it has been a privilege to work with Paul-Marie as Americas Co-Lead for Dataiku's Queer & Allies ERG for the past 2.5 years. During that time, I have seen him demonstrate exceptional leadership in cultivating a welcoming and supportive community for LGBTQ+ & Allies employees, which he did on top of his day-to-day work. In starting out, the Queer Dataikers + Allies ERG was still building its foundational structure.
