Your consulting team is struggling to keep up with project management. What software can help?
As many people above have stated, the project does not start with picking the software. That said, software should be as simple as possible and, ideally, should only have as many whistles and belts as needed. One piece of software I like quite a lot is Notion. It is easily customizable for the project at hand, sharing it among people working in different places is easy, and training people on how to use it, is also pretty easy. I often use short training videos recorded on loom.com to bring the team up to speed on how we're tracking the project we're doing.

STEM V.I.P. is a mentoring program for graduate students and postdocs in STEM fields (STEM = Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) aimed at giving the participants a deeper insight into the many career possibilities that exist. We offer weekly 1-hour mentoring sessions, provided via video conference. The STEM VIP mentors are seasoned professionals working in and around STEM, in positions all across the many facets of academia, business, entrepreneurship, and government. Each mentor donates one hour of their time. We also teach skills that are generally not taught in graduate school, such as powerful goal setting, action plans, accountability, networking, interpersonal skills etc.
The overall goal is to help STEM students design their ideal career and life and do what they love to do. In doing so everyone wins; the young professionals, their families and communities, and society as a whole. A big piece of this program is to empower women in STEM - we need more women in STEM, especially, in leading positions.

As den leader I get to guide young boys who are in the Cub Scouts (grade 1-5). They learn values and build both their character and new skills while bonding with each other and having fun! We go camping, do service projects and crafts. We build and race pinewood derby cars and much more.

Our moms-and-sons group goes camping once per month during the school year (the kids are 5-10 years old). Under the motto "Moms and Sons - Friends Forever" we spend valuable time together outdoors and embark on various adventures. Kids (and moms) bond with nature, we build courage and skills through ziplining, BMX biking, hiking, archery and more. We also teach the "6 aims", promoting core values in our children.
