Assist the Project Manager in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate project-related meetings, organize project documentation, and ensure action items are followed up on
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
Help to prepare project reports and presentations for internal and external use
Assist in the quality control of project deliverables
Help to manage project expenses and track project budgets
Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to facilitate project activities
Provide administrative support to the project team as needed
Requirements:
1-3 years of project coordination, administrative, or related experience.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Sharp attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
Location: London, Dubai, Nottingham (or remote)
