Job Description
PROJECT/SYSTEM OVERVIEW:
To facilitate the ongoing maintenance and support work on the Second Injury Fund (SIF) production application as continued from last OTT Purchase Order; the SIF-FMS system (SIF-File Management System, previously known as PCC) sits in SQL using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge and utilizes particularized scanners for document uploads and various screens for data entry, recall and reporting. Vendor will provide thirteen months of maintenance support of the SIF-FMS system.
Scope Of Work
Maintain functionality and security considerations of and provide ongoing support to the SIF-FMS system.
Learn the SIF-FMS system and hosting environment for future changes
Ongoing access to project manager/consultant to provide maintenance and support of system
Support system recovery, when needed
Periodic SIF-FMS system meetings to discuss needs or problems encountered
Specific Services Required
The vendor shall follow State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services', Bureau of Enterprise Systems Technologies (BEST) standards as directed
Provide Security updates.
Maintain application database support and application software upgrades. All maintenance tickets will be logged and sent to the OTT at the end of every month.
Maintain scanning capability with browser(s) as needed
Remain available and responsive to requests in reasonable timeframe
