Works under the general supervision of the cafeteria manager in performing a variety of duties in the kitchen and service areas to prepare well balances, nutrious meals for students and staff.
Education, Qualifications, Skills, And Abilities
High school diploma or GED.
At least two years experence in large quantity cookery.
Certificate from the Health Department permitting candidate to handle food.
Ability to work cooperatively with cafeteria staff.
Essential Job Functions
Food preparation.
Food handling from preparation to serving.
Collect money and/or meal tickets.
Cleaning of equipment, utensils and designated areas.
Receiving and storage of food supplies.
Regular on time attendance.
Performs related duties as assigned by the manager.
