As the 2nd Shift Production Manager, you will manage the company's manufacturing processes and budgets to ensure products meet quality standards and are delivered on time. You will oversee the entire production process, from planning to completion, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency. Responsibilities:
Lead efforts to implement lean manufacturing initiatives, constantly challenging the status quo
Work closely with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to achieve production goals by solving problems and implementing error-proofing in production processes
Display a commitment to continuous improvement for both personal and team development, as well as manufacturing process enhancements
Facilitate training for team members and supervisors
Value employee involvement and teach subordinates to engage at all levels by listening, communicating, and following up
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years experience supervising or managing people
