The Associate Paid Media Strategist will effectively manage client’s Paid Media campaigns including set up, support, reporting and analysis on projects of various sizes. The candidate is responsible for understanding client goals and expectations as well as all department deliverables and must be able to clearly convey and explain search engine best practices to company associates and clients. He/she should be excited to thrive in an atmosphere of change, innovation, critical thinking, process, humor, results, and success.
Responsibilities:
Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn/Facebook Twitter Ads, Display programs
Set-up, implementation, and management of paid media campaigns in multiple verticals
Ad copy creation, testing, and optimization
Budget management and allocation
Ensure positive and long-lasting relationships with both clients and internal teams
Continue to drive innovation and creative ideas to maximize results month in and month out (a campaign is never truly optimized)
Desire to learn and understand other areas of Digital Marketing and ability to independently research and learn
Testing of keyword, ad copy, landing page strategies
Optimize accounts for maximum results and meet client goals (CPL/ROI)
Reporting and analysis of campaigns
Participate in cross-functional teams throughout company
Respond to the day-to-day client requests and questions
Requirements
4+ years Paid Media Marketing experience
Proven success in managing Paid Media campaigns
Problem Solving – ability to quickly solve problems in a fast paced environment
Experience in SEO is a plus
Experience with Web analytics and reporting
Ability to effectively multi-task / highly organized / time management skills
Work independently under pressure, meet deadlines, manage several projects simultaneously and set priorities with minimal supervision
