The Role

Cinevative is looking for skilled 3D Motion Designer who can work from home and are able to deliver multiple design boards and animations per week. Design boards can be executed in Photoshop, but must ultimately be able to be built for animation in 3D for projection onto an LED stage in Adobe After Effects and/or Cinema4D with RedShift.


Must be able to work at a fast-paced schedule; communicate clearly via Zoom and Slack; meet swift deadlines; effectively take-on notes from clients, Cinevative Producer and our Creative Director; and be a team player and have a great attitude!


This position will report to the Creative Director and Producer from home on PST — but may be required to work some shifts when the project moves to Italy/other countries. 


Responsibilities:

  • Ability to interpret and follow creative guidelines given by Creative Director/Client
  • Ability to turn in all assignments on time according to the Calendar
  • Ability to do notes as given by Creative Director/Client as quick and efficiently as possible 
  • Maintain organized project files, backups of your projects, organized versioning and file naming 
  • Ability to search/research stock assets and their usage to flag to post supervisor
  • QC all final deliverables making sure they match final delivery specs 
  • Communicate efficiently with Creative Director, Producers, Artists, and be especially professional when client-facing 
  • Various tasks assigned by the supervisor. 


Qualifications:

  • Advanced Organizational and communication skills, with an attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Advanced Problem Solving Skills (especially as it pertains to technical problems!) 
  • Strong Motion Design Abilities 
  • 2+ Years Experience with the following software: After Effects, Cinema 4D, Redshift, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack and Google Drive 
  • Knowledge of common formats, frame rates & codecs as well as familiarity with professional NLE apps for Picture and Sound Editorial, Compositing, Color Correction, and Delivery.
  • Knowledge of 3D Environments, modeling, and animation


Requirements: 

  • Must have at least 2+ years of experience in Motion Design
  • A laptop or desktop computer with internet access, and a graphics card/Computer memory to run 3D Software and renders
  • Availability Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm PST 


Weekly Hiring Salary Range: $ 40-50/hour
