Requirements


Responsibilities

Support the Design Director to execute the following:

  • Concept, create and deliver strong design solutions for experiential retail, pop-ups, store design, visual merchandising, window design, floor fixtures, wall displays, endcaps and signage
  • Collaborate in the development and execution for visual merchandising fixture design, store design, and one-of a kind retail experiences
  • Create comprehensive Design-Turn-Over drawings, Guidelines and directives for clients and third-party vendors
  • Support creation of briefs and mock-ups for internal concept development and review
  • Understand how to adapt designs across channels and various markets
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for creation of channel and market specific graphics and copy/language
  • Ability to comprehend and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Support all project phases from ideation to in-store execution and post-roll-out support
  • Present ideas and participate in key brainstorms/meetings


Qualifications

  • Mid-Senior level designer
  • 3-5 years of related experience in 3D, experiential design, store design and visual merchandising
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas through 2D drawings and 3D renderings
  • Proficient in Rhino & Keyshot
  • Proficient in visualization
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
  • Knowledge of execution and creation of design turn over drawings
  • Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to share and communicate strategy
  • Excellent project and time management skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Experience in Beauty VM and retail is preferred
  • Experience with Sephora and/ or Ulta VM design is preferred
  • Knowledgeable in working with high-quality materials, finishes, furniture & fixtures to maintain the luxury image of brands
  • This position is fully remote
