A/R Data Entry/ Accounting Office

Our client is seeking individuals to large organization on contract with the potential to convert to a full time employee between 1 to 2 years. You will start at level 1 and be trained in different functions of A/R over times. This is a position that gives you a career and career growth in an accounting office. No experience necessary, you will be trained. You must pass a drug screen, criminal background checks, Employment verification and education verification. A degree is not needed. But you must have graduated high school.

This job requires you to be onsite for several weeks during training and over a period of time you will be allowed to transition slowly to working from him 4 days a week after you prove you work ethic. To remain working 4 days a week remotely you production and work ethic must remain high level. Work location is down town Atlanta.

• MS Office suite experience

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Daily data entry.
• Scanning and archiving documents/invoices
• Process invoices; review Invoice data, match Purchase Order numbers (PO#’s) by project
• Determine which fund sources are correct to pay
• Determine if projects have enough funds to pay invoices.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors
• Ability to prioritize work to meet project deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
