Under the supervision of the Assistant Registrar, this position serves as the primary contact for processing student curriculum changes requested by the individual colleges and students, matriculation, expected graduation dates and term activations for newly admitted and current students in the PeopleSoft Student Information System. The position requires comprehensive knowledge of UNMC policies and practices on enrollment. Responsible for assisting students and the campus community with all enrollment activities and grading practices. Manage external transcript workflow and postings. Responsibilities also include personal identification changes and verifications for duplicate ID resolution. Requires knowledge of a variety of programs/software to maintain student records including PeopleSoft (PS). This position requires extensive interaction with the public, faculty and staff; current and past students, and visitors. Required knowledge of FERPA. This position is responsible for student records management including filing, scanning and linking new and current student and purging student files. Other duties as assigned that support the initiatives of the Academic Records office at UNMC.
