Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Fraud Specialist to join our team. As a Fraud Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and investigating suspicious activities flagged through internal tools or customer escalations. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the integrity of our platform and protecting our users' financial interests.

Responsibilities

  • Review and take action on accounts in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and escalate potential fraudulent activities or high-risk behaviors.
  • Manage and respond to claims in customer service queues while adhering to operational and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for each case to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Efficiently handle multiple cases and meet closure deadlines to minimize financial risks.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, elevating our standards of operational excellence.

Experience

Key Qualifications:

  • Required: Minimum 1 - 2 years in the financial services industry.
  • Preferred: Minimum 1 - 2 years in fraud detection or prevention.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage cases using CRM tools.

Additional Information
