Hybrid: On-site 3 days a week

Clutch is looking for an Account Director with Pharmaceutical experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Visionary: Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies for a portfolio of clients.
  • Client Champion: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with senior client contacts, serving as their primary day-to-day liaison.
  • Growth Catalyst: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
  • Business Builder: Collaborate with senior management to generate new accounts and secure exciting new business relationships.
  • Project Maestro: Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
  • Creative Catalyst: Use your expertise to push clients and internal teams beyond boundaries, achieving outstanding creative and strategic outcomes.

Skills Required

  • Seasoned Relationship Builder: A minimum of 8 years of experience in client relationship management within the advertising and marketing agency space, with a proven track record of success. Must have experience in DTC Pharma/Healthcare.
  • Marketing Mastermind: Deep understanding of creative processes and techniques, including digital platforms and social media marketing channels.
  • Strategic Sharpshooter: Exceptional ability to plan and strategize at a senior level.
  • Master Communicator: Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and persuasive presentations (samples required with resume).
  • Team Leader: Proven ability to effectively manage and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Creative Confidence: A confident and persuasive approach, adept at navigating creative discussions with clients.
  • Detail-Oriented Deliverer: Meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of budgetary constraints.
  • Self-Starting Spirit: A positive attitude, insatiable curiosity, and a love of collaboration, with the ability to work independently.
  • Employer Branding Bonus: Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus!
