Overview:

The Account Director is responsible for acting as the liaison between the agency and client. They ensure that the agency is meeting the client's needs and consistently solving problems, managing internal/external communications and driving projects to completion.


Responsibilities

  • Project Management - Lead projects from inception to delivery.
  • Relationship Management - Manage the client relationship with strong communication.
  • Brand Management - Assist in briefs/debriefs, develop brand strategies, etc.


Qualifications

  • 5 - 8 years' of agency experience in project management, account services, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build client relationships
  • Strong project management skills
  • Possess a creative, curious and inspiring mindset
