Primary Purpose

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in the Amazon to...

Sales

  • responsible for developing and executing our brand strategy on Amazon across multiple categories
  • fiscal responsibility to include: weekly order management of both fashion and replenishment, reorders, maintain bulk order integrity, and achieve monthly shipping goals
  • lead showroom presentations and assortment recommendations for Amazon to build strong category assortments by analyzing product performance, customer feedback, consumer trend, competitive landscape, and local market knowledge.
  • continuously analyze weekly sales analysis and reforecast business and implement strategies to ensure plan is achieved, including adjusting product flow, inventory management, and profitability.
  • fluid communication with internal and exterior partners on a weekly basis; developing strong relationships with key Amazon business leads
  • partner and collaborate with customer service to guide all operational aspects of business
  • keep abreast of Amazon competition to ensure best in execution for Kate Spade

Planning

  • maximize brand profitability, with focus on productivity and quality of sale and superior customer experience
  • fluid relationship with Amazon buyer/planner to revise projections and support business demand, determine risk and opportunity across category
  • partner with planner to manage open-to-buy (otb), forecasting and assortment recommendation plan by month, analyze market share to impact account specific product opportunities

Marketing

  • collaborate with marketing and ecom team to ensure best in class customer experience
  • manage online presentation and brand shop recommendations with marketing support
  • partner with cross-category leaders to leverage lifestyle brand focus
  • partner with marketing to effectively communicate brand and seasonal product initiatives

The accomplished individual will possess…

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with digital platforms
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs to include: word, powerpoint and outlook
  • Advanced excel skills including formulas, v-look up/pivot tables,
  • A strong understanding of retail financial measurements & OTB
  • Travel expectation at least 1-2x per year
  • Exemplary level of customer service
