Baby Bright is looking for an Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This position offers a unique opportunity for a results-driven salesperson with B2B experience, especially in the baby product industry. Initially, this will be a part-time, commission-based role, providing flexibility and the potential to tap into a market with huge demand and little competition. As the market expands, this role offers the chance to transition into a full-time position, with significant growth opportunities in revenue and responsibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage Client Relationships: Identify, prospect, and close sales opportunities with new and existing B2B clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets, particularly in the baby product industry.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
  • Present and Negotiate: Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and the baby product industry to better serve clients.
  • CRM Management: Keep track of sales activities, pipeline updates, and account status through CRM tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts.


Qualifications:

  • B2B Sales Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales; baby product industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a client-focused approach.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience working with CRM systems to manage sales activities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
