Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Account Executive

The Account Executive will be the key day-to-day project contact with lower to mid-level clients and agency partners. Expected to manage client expectations and timelines and communicate changes and directions to internal teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and set up client meeting(s) and coordinate all aspects including managing correspondence, attendee list, and any other associated logistics
  • Assist in the development, design, and compilation of PowerPoint meeting presentation(s)
  • Coordinate meeting materials and ensure copies are distributed within the internal agency and client teams
  • Review and update weekly status trackers and internal reports
  • Manages strategic creative development and production of advertising communications including but not limited to broadcast, OLA, social, experiential, and print


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of advertising agency or related experience
  • Impeccable client experience and client-focused
  • Experience working on multiple mediums (broadcast, print, digital online media, social, experiential, etc.)
  • Excel and/or Smartsheet proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal
  • Collaborative with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, agency colleagues, and partner agencies
  • Proficient with PowerPoint and/or Keynote
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, and optimism.
  • Sense of humor, empathy, patience, and passion for the work.
  • Solution orientation and ability to thrive in an environment with a lot of ambiguity.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and knack for getting things done.
  • Cross-agency experience a plus.
