Builders Capital is currently looking for an Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will drive sales of BIMQuote by identifying potential clients and demonstrating the platform’s benefits. They will manage existing accounts, ensuring clients are successfully using BIMQuote and will identify opportunities for growth.


Builders Capital is the nation’s largest private construction lender, offering innovative financing solutions to a wide spectrum of developers and homebuilders. Loan products include options for Acquisition, Development, Construction, and Bridge financing, in the form of single-asset loans, portfolio loans, and revolving credit facilities. In addition to financing opportunities, Builders Capital borrowers can leverage national accounts for material purchase discounts, and access cutting-edge technology for project management, accounting, and BIM technology tools. Builders Capital is headquartered in Puyallup, Washington, with regional sales offices across the country, with its latest expansion to Cleveland, Ohio.


Day To Day:

  • Prospecting, educating and qualifying leads
  • Prospecting (60+ activities per day) through calls, emails and social media. Building relationships with small businesses to introduce them to Customhome.AI, BIMQuote.com, and Builders Capital.
  • Conduct qualification calls with specific prospects to build relationships and obtain new business.
  • Execute lead generation campaigns with internal partners including the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Work with the Client Onboarding Specialists and the Project Coordination Team to ensure a seamless transition from start to finish of the clients’ experience.
  • Attend trade shows, professional meetings and industry events to expose the BIMQuote name, product offerings and solutions in the builder market.
  • Deliver against timelines or provide alternative paths to a solution.
  • Work across teams to achieve end goal(s).
  • Help leadership with Ad Hoc projects and other duties as assigned.


Education And Experience:

  • Two-three years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in construction or building materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, consistently closing deals and building strong relationships.
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service and support and building rapport with clients.


Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Strong familiarity with the construction process, industry terminology, and the challenges faced by builders and developers
  • Comfort with technology and software applications, as well as the ability to learn and demonstrate new software tools quickly and effectively.
