Account Executive

Currently we're looking for a self-motivated, pro-active individual to join our dynamic, fun and family oriented team.

Job Requirements or Qualifications:

• Assembling mailings and arranging delivery to clients, media outlets, influencers, etc.
• Managing and updating weekly and monthly reports, call agendas, call recaps
• Monitoring for press coverage and sharing with clients
• Assisting in creating written materials including fact sheets, press releases and pitches; the ideal candidate should have strong writing skills
• Develop and manage engagement with social media influencers
• Support cross functional teams across fully-integrated PR and Digital campaigns
• Assist with planning, coordinating logistics, and execution of events
• Have a deep understanding of current trends, trendy influencers, cool brands and what’s trending in pop culture
• Vetting and identifying relevant opportunities to share with clients
• Assist with maintenance of agency contacts
• Must be located in the NYC area and available to come into the Soho office
• Media pitching and tracking
• Assisting with planning for PR & Influencer strategy
• Organizing and take notes during meetings

Ideal candidate will possess:

• BA degree in communications-related degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations
• Enthusiastic, driven personality, organized, problem solver and solution oriented
