Now, we’re looking for an Account Executive to join our team as a multi-product sales rep.
A Spark Hire Account Executive is the expert hunter and closer in our sales org. In this position, you must live and breathe this mentality. You will be responsible for selling our talent acquisition suite of recruitment solutions, including our video interviewing platform, applicant tracking system and assessments. You will be consistently adding to and closing out a pipeline fortified by both you and our marketing engine. As an account executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and helping organizations of various industries transform their hiring process. You are a subject matter expert and enthusiastic spokesperson for Spark Hire because you agree that Spark Hire is an integral component of the hiring process.
The target compensation for this position is a base of $60-70k annually with an OTE of $110-135k.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations with prospective clients
- Showcase the value of Spark Hire’s platform and personalize this value-based approach by becoming a subject matter expert (e.g. market segment, job titles, industry, etc)
- Close new client accounts by employing a consultative sales approach with expert discovery
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to hand off new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Master tools in our sales stack to efficiently nurture and close deals in your pipeline
- Be organized and diligent in your research, Salesforce hygiene and correspondence
- Maintain a strong and pristine pipeline with accurate stages and contract values
- Exceed monthly revenue targets as a product of maintaining health metrics and KPIs
- Willingness to work in a collaborative environment with other sellers and leadership
- Polished communication and writing skills
- 2-4 years of full cycle inside sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Experience with modern sales enablement/CRM tools (Outreach.io, Salesforce)
- Deadline, detail and process oriented
- Above average critical thinking
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Unrelenting competitive and entrepreneurial spirit
- Must be a coachable closer
