Job Description: Netchex is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive Level 3 (AE3) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in payroll and human capital management (HCM) sales, thrive in a remote working environment, and possess the drive to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target prospective clients, including but not limited to businesses in need of payroll and HCM solutions.
- Client Acquisition: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and challenges to effectively position Netchex solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, from lead generation to closure, ensuring consistent progress toward monthly sales quotas
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Netchex products and services, effectively articulating their value proposition to prospects through presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales support, implementation, and customer success, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and beyond.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to sales leadership using CRM tools and other reporting mechanisms.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in outside sales, with a focus on payroll and HCM solutions.
- Sales Performance: Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding monthly sales quotas of $25,000 or more.
- Record of Success: Must have previously accomplished president club or similar achievement within the payroll/HCM industry.
- High-Velocity Experience: Demonstrated success in high-velocity sales environments, particularly within the 50-500 employee space, where rapid lead generation and deal closure are essential.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the payroll, HR, and HCM landscape, including industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitive offerings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment and maintain productivity with minimal supervision.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions to address specific challenges.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools to manage leads, opportunities, and reporting.
