Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our agency team on a part-time basis. As a pivotal member of the agency, you will focus on fostering and expanding client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing solutions tailored to each client's needs. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about driving business growth through effective marketing strategies and client engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their marketing needs and business objectives.
  • Craft customized proposals and presentations to demonstrate how our marketing solutions align with the client's goals.
  • Coordinate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure that client deliverables are executed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and update meetings with clients to discuss ongoing projects, results, and adjustments needed.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that enhance client success and agency revenue.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to offer informed recommendations to clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing tools, and market research techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a persistent drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
