We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and help us drive retention, sales and grow our customer base.

Position Description

Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our Beam AI software platform to customers in the construction industry in North America. You'll be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from qualifying to closing deals, and will work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of our customers. This position will carry an annual sales quota.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and close new customers.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through each stage of the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts, using consultative selling techniques to understand their business needs and how our platform can help them achieve their goals.
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring that the terms of each deal are favorable for both the customer and Attentive.ai
  • Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of our customers and are well-positioned in the market.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential customers and partners, and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our platform and the outdoor services industry, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirement & Qualification

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, preferably in selling SaaS products. Experience in selling to the construction industry will be preferred
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and closing new business.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze sales data and use this information to refine the sales strategy over time.
