We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the oil and gas industry, with a deep understanding of reciprocating pump technology and a strong commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the oil and gas industry
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in assigned territories
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services
Provide technical support and assistance to customers as needed
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of sales/account management experience in oil and gas fluid handling systems, pumps, pumping systems, etc.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong technical background with knowledge of reciprocating pump technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel 50%-75% of the time, including overnight out-of-state and possible out-of-country travel
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 base salary plus sales incentive, with all expenses covered
