Role Description

The Account Manager role is responsible for developing and implement successful experiential activations for our clients. The ideal candidate is hungry to learn, eager to jump in, has a passion for creative fields & experiential events, is organized, detail oriented, and is ready to dive right into agency life!


As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for helping bring projects to life by being a taskmaster and working closely with GTC’s internal teams of design, production, and show service personnel to ensure all of

deliverables can be achieved to bring our client’s dreams to reality.


Responsibilities:

  • Support GTC client partners in executing trade show exhibit design and influencer kit/custom merchandise projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings and communicate project scope, feedback, and revisions thoroughly and accurately with a high level of attention to detail and organization to creative/production teams ensuring that the project progresses through the creative process into production.
  • Communicate production timelines with client and track progress ensuring all projects stay on track per timelines dictated by GTC creative department.
  • Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with team members, external vendors, and client partners.
  • Support creative department by researching supportive project details including creative and concept inspiration, furniture & accessories, props and styling, and any other tasks that may be requested during the creative development process.
  • Manage client relationships and communications with a “customer first” service mindset.
  • Support lead generation efforts by effectively communicating Company services and value proposition with potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain productive internal and external client relationships.


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, and/or business related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • 1-3 years related experience within sales and/or client facing support role.
  • Eye for design, trends, and interest in the experiential event industry.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Enjoys working in a supportive role in a team-setting, while having a proactive self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize work independently.
  • Professional, assertive, and clear communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work weekends/evenings on show-site as needed (~40% travel).


Details:

  • Job type: Full-time
  • Schedule: 9:00am – 5:00pm, M–TR. Work from home Fridays.
