- We’re looking for a Account Manager to act as a liaison between Harte-Hanks and clients, monitoring all program activity to ensure processes, procedures and client commitments are being followed and achieved.
- You are passionate about resolving supply chain issues and accuracy of all orders. You thrive on being ahead of schedule and making your clients happy and strengthening client relationships.
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews (metrics, trends, etc.) to upper management and other departments.
- Be the chief liaison between client and other Harte Hanks departments, including, but not limited to telemarketing, operations (receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping) and IT.
- The back-up to other team members as needed and dependent on overall workflow.
- You will provide direction to support team, promoting consistent, tactical account management business practices.
- Manage to ensure client commitments are consistently achieved and pursue additional opportunities resulting in continuing growth for Harte-Hanks
- Strong organizational, time management and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple time sensitive, deadline-oriented projects simultaneously.
- Ability to clearly communicate (written/verbal) with internal and external audiences.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Employee development and team management skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated & able to work well independently.
- 4-year degree
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
- 4-7 years business experience in a related industry (project management, customer service, direct marketing, or service bureau experience)
