Position Overview

  • We’re looking for a Account Manager to act as a liaison between Harte-Hanks and clients, monitoring all program activity to ensure processes, procedures and client commitments are being followed and achieved.
  • You are passionate about resolving supply chain issues and accuracy of all orders. You thrive on being ahead of schedule and making your clients happy and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews (metrics, trends, etc.) to upper management and other departments.
  • Be the chief liaison between client and other Harte Hanks departments, including, but not limited to telemarketing, operations (receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping) and IT.
  • The back-up to other team members as needed and dependent on overall workflow.
  • You will provide direction to support team, promoting consistent, tactical account management business practices.
  • Manage to ensure client commitments are consistently achieved and pursue additional opportunities resulting in continuing growth for Harte-Hanks
  • Strong organizational, time management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple time sensitive, deadline-oriented projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to clearly communicate (written/verbal) with internal and external audiences.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Employee development and team management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated & able to work well independently.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
  • 4-7 years business experience in a related industry (project management, customer service, direct marketing, or service bureau experience)
