Customer Service / Account Management / Project Coordination

Project Coordinator and Account Manager (POP Industry)

Up to $70,000 to start plus great company-sponsored benefits

As Project Coordinator And Account Manager, You Will

  • Join a specialist in point of purchase displays (POP)
  • Learn to serve as a liaison between the Company and its customers
  • Coordinate all phases of the Project Management life cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Address customer inquiries
  • Learn to create cost estimates and sales quotes
  • Enter job data into the Company system
  • Confirm engineering requirements
  • Obtain client approvals on project deliverables
  • Coordinate with Production and Assembly teams
  • Provide customers with periodic order status updates
  • Arrange and schedule deliveries
  • Investigate and resolve any customer issues
  • Create routine and special reports
  • Maintain manual and electronic project files
  • Close out completed projects
  • Traveling to client job sites as required (all travel paid at company expense)
  • Assisting with special projects upon request

An Ideal Candidate Profile Will Include

  • At least 1 year of related experience from the printing, advertising, point of purchase, point of sale, exhibit, trade show or a similar industry
  • The willingness and ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary (all travel paid at company expense)

Pluses

  • +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • +++ Proficiency with Vantage Software
