Role: Account/Project Manager

Location: remote (must be authorized to work in the US, no C2C)

Salary: $75k

We are seeking an account/project manager with agency experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project scope, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and align with agency objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production, etc.) to ensure project success.
• Proactively identify and address project challenges, mitigating risks and ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding client relationships.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of proven experience as an Account/Project Manager in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Basecamp, Jira).
