Accountant

Our client is growing, stable and a trailblazer in their industry. This position is open due to growth. The Accountant will assist the Chief Financial Officer in administering all accounting functions for the company and divisions. The CFO is licensed to sign off on work experience for the CPA exam.

Qualifications:

*Two (2) plus years full cycle accounting experience

*Intermediate MS Office: Excel and Word; Quickbooks Desktop preferred or similar software

*Critical Thinker, Problem Solver, able to Multi-task, DETAILED, organized, professional demeanor

*Team Player

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

*Prepare financial statements, journal entries and account reconciliations

*Support month, quarter and year-end close

*Reconcile and balance general ledger accounts

*Maintain and reconcile fixed asset and depreciation schedules

*Prepare monthly and/or quarterly bank borrowing bases

*Assist with budget and forecast processes

*Complete other administrative and special projects as assigned
