Our Finance department is looking for an experienced Accountant to join the team. This on-site role will be responsible for:

Perform Month-End Close & Reporting

• Preparation and entry of monthly journal entries.
• Assist with closing month-end books for preparation of financial statements.
• Reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
• Generate month-end reports.
• Assist in providing requested information to external auditors.
  
  

Assist In Overseeing Companywide Budget

• Assist with annual budgeting process
• Provide historical data with analysis of actual-to-budget performance to department managers.
  
  

Analyze Capital Investment

• Monitor and track investments in fixed assets and analyze paybacks compared to expected paybacks.
• Provide management with needed information.
• Calculate and track depreciation and amortization.
• Conduct monthly reviews of fixed assets for disposals and impairments.
  
  

Meet Federal And State Tax Reporting Requirements

• Assist with preparation of payroll tax, sales tax, property tax, excise tax, and any other filing/reporting requirements.
• Assist in providing information for the preparation of Income Tax return.
