Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly reconciliations
Review and reconcile month-end data warehouse reports for respective journal entries
Reconcile financial information provided by business partners in support of monthly JVs
Prepare and support monthly variance reports and various other internal reports (streamlining processes/process improvement, automating processes)
Assist in completing various special projects as requested by management
Prepare schedules supporting the year-end audit/regulatory audits and tax reporting
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Must Haves:3-5+ years of experience in GL accounting
BA or BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration OR related experience
Strong communicator
Critical thinker
Self-motivated
Team player
Organized
Ability to multi-task
Detail oriented
Positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic, and changing environment
Strong Excel user (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas)
Strong MS Office skills
Preferred/ Nice-to-haves:CPA
Big 4 or public accounting experience
PeopleSoft experience
HFM experience
