Caselle is looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented individual to assist our clients with their payroll needs. This individual should possess payroll processing experience, strong communication skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and a proven ability to manage workload in a fast paced, challenging environment. Client, department, and company success is always the primary goal.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Assist Caselle clients with payroll questions through telephone and online support
Resolve simple to complex payroll problems which entails generating paychecks, adjusting leave time, hours, and all other functions of a payroll run
Support Caselle customers with their day to day questions, including providing guidance to front line workers, reconciling accounts and providing reporting and analysis as needed
Coordinate and assist in quarterly and annual reporting requirements
Provide excellent customer service
Assist in monthly financial reporting and monthly close processes
Other general accounting support functions
Experience And Skills Qualifications
Associates Degree in Accounting, related field or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience processing payroll, or resolving payroll problems
May be fresh out of school, or have one to three years of experience in a payroll/accounting role
Excellent organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, customer service-focused, and detail oriented
Ability to adapt easily to change
Proficient use and knowledge of computer systems
Attention to detail
Ability to work toward, and meet specified deadlines
