Caselle is looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented individual to assist our clients with their payroll needs. This individual should possess payroll processing experience, strong communication skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and a proven ability to manage workload in a fast paced, challenging environment. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist Caselle clients with payroll questions through telephone and online support
- Resolve simple to complex payroll problems which entails generating paychecks, adjusting leave time, hours, and all other functions of a payroll run
- Support Caselle customers with their day to day questions, including providing guidance to front line workers, reconciling accounts and providing reporting and analysis as needed
- Coordinate and assist in quarterly and annual reporting requirements
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and monthly close processes
- Other general accounting support functions
- Associates Degree in Accounting, related field or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience processing payroll, or resolving payroll problems
- May be fresh out of school, or have one to three years of experience in a payroll/accounting role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, customer service-focused, and detail oriented
- Ability to adapt easily to change
- Proficient use and knowledge of computer systems
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work toward, and meet specified deadlines
