SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Coordinate and manage the preparation of all SEC filings including annual Forms 10-K, quarterly Forms 10-Q, current Forms 8K and other regulatory filings with the SEC as needed. Responsible for the evaluation of new accounting pronouncements issued by the FASB, EITF and SEC and implement any new reporting or disclosure requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED

1. Coordinate and manage the preparation of all SEC filings, including annual Forms 10-K, quarterly Forms 10-Q, current Forms 8K, Proxy, and other regulatory filings with the SEC as needed.

2. Prepares disclosure checklists for the Company’s financial statements filed with the SEC on Form 10-Q and 10-K, ensures the filings are properly formatted and accurate, and performs XBRL tagging procedures.

3. Manages the preparation of all footnotes to the financial statements.

4. Handles the tie-out information for notes to the financial statements.

5. Assists in the preparation and issuance of quarterly earnings releases and other press releases.

6. Evaluates new accounting pronouncements issued by the FASB, EITF and SEC and implements any new reporting or disclosure requirements.

7. Researches and analyzes technical accounting issues, assesses the impact of new accounting pronouncements, and writes technical accounting memos.

8. Provides support to groups in the Corporate Accounting department on an as-needed basis.

9. Performs other financially related tasks, as required.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business with extensive course work or experience in accounting.

• Five years of responsible accounting experience preparing financial statements.

• Experience with SEC reporting.

• Possess technical expertise related to GAAP and external reporting.

• Familiar with technical accounting memorandums, complex issues and pronouncements.

• Ability to work effectively with others as a member of a team.

• Effective written and verbal communications skills.

• Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Designation as a Certified Public Accountant

• Workiva experience

• Public Accounting experience with public company clients
