Americhip is seeking an in-office, HANDS-ON Accounting Manager who can lead and manage across all key aspects of running an accounting department for two closely held organizations.
Bachelor's degree in accounting.
Proficient with Sage 100 accounting software required.
Advance excel including knowledge of various functions, required.
Minimum 5 years in an accounting managerial position in a sales company environment.
Must have experience in managing cash flow including day to day banking and treasury cash management.
Candidate must have hands-on experience in A/R including billing, A/P, I/M, Bill of material / work orders closing (cost accounting).
Must have experience in month-end general ledger (G/L) closing and reconciling G/L including accruing expenses.
Must have experience in bank reconciliation.
Must have experience in preparing biweekly Payroll with Paylocity.
Must have experience in preparation of multiple Sales Tax Returns . Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and yearly Sales Reports.
Preparation of monthly commission reports.
Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and yearly Inventory Reports.
Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Financial Statements for each company.
