DZYNE Technologies is looking to add a talented Accounting Manager to the organization to oversee the whole of the companies’ accounting functions. Reporting to the Controller, this position will play an integral role on our industry leading team overseeing DZYNE technologies financial data and compliance.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, taxes and payroll
Deliver timely and accurate financial processing, month end close, cash management reports, and balance sheet reconciliation
Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing new accounts as needed
Support the development and preparation of budgets, forecasts and projections
Evaluates and makes appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes ensuring that practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization
Audit accounting and finance departments
Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
Complies with federal, state and local legal requirements, filing reports, and advising management on needed actions
Required Skills And Qualifications
Strong background in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/federal regulations
Proficient with Accounting Software/General Ledger Software programs
Knowledge of third-party payroll processor such as Paycor, Paychex, ADP, etc.
Knowledge of FAR/DFAR and ITAR export regulations
Microsoft Dynamics Navision (version 2016 and up) experience preferred
Education/Experience
7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or related field
CPA or CMA preferred
Clearance Level Required: US Person Required, Security Clearance Not Required
Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 per year
Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of salary or annual bonus.
