You will be responsible for partnering with senior level management, the financial close, analyzing and reporting financial results, making value added recommendations to enhance/drive performance and operating efficiencies.
Compensation: $140k-$160k salary, plus 10% bonus program, and an equity grant.

Who You Are?
You should have approximately 5-8 years of increasing accounting and analysis experience, including the possession of highly motivated curiosity. You are required to be detail oriented, having strong organizational as well as communication skills, and you must be flexible with competing deadlines.
· You must have R&D accruals, clinical trial accruals or SG&A accrual accounting process and KPI development experience.
· You should possess at minimum a Bachelor's Degree and ideally a completed CPA license or working towards the completion of your CPA license or Masters of Accountancy is strongly desired.
· You should possess experience within the broader biotech/life sciences industry or having biotech/life sciences industry client experience.
