About The Role
Ndustrial is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will play a vital role in overseeing the financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for process improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial closing processes
Prepare and review financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Conduct regular audits of financial processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis
Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards
Support strategic projects and initiatives to enhance the accounting function (e.g., ERP implementation)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a tech or startup environment
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting regulations
Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
