As an Accounting Manager (also known as Finance Manager, Financial Controller), you'll oversee the daily operations of our accounting department, manage financial functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and daily bank reconciliations. You'll also participate in annual financial and ERISA audits, month-end and year-end closing, and assist in planning and developing systems to improve operational quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
Accounting certification (e.g., CMA or CPA) is a plus.
Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Acumatica, Dynamics SL).
Project or Cost Accounting experience is required.
Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, pivot tables, and using advanced formulas).
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
Excellent analytical skills for managing large amounts of data.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Team management skills.
Proficiency in Leadership / People Management and Budgeting / Forecasting Experience.
